Job summary

Consigli Construction seeks a Safety Manager to lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of the safety program across regional job sites. The role ensures compliance with CCC policies and regulatory requirements while promoting a proactive safety culture among field personnel including superintendents and trades.

The position requires managing site visits, conducting trainings, investigating incidents, and driving continuous safety improvements across operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Construction Management, or related field required.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Certification required.
• Experience developing Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) and Site-Specific Safety Plans (SSSPs).
• OSHA 500 Trainer certification or trainer-level experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain company-wide safety policies and develop job-specific safety plans.
• Conduct regular job site visits to ensure OSHA and company standards compliance.
• Lead safety trainings and meetings at multiple levels within the organization.
• Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and lead root cause analyses.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of PPE and fall protection systems.
• Travel to job sites as needed and manage high-risk construction activities.
