Quanta Power Solutions seeks a driven Project Safety Manager to support safety performance across nationwide power generation projects. The role is field‑focused, based in Texas with extensive travel to active sites, promoting a safety‑first culture and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will have hands‑on safety expertise, strong incident investigation skills, and a proven ability to drive proactive risk management across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of safety experience on power generation/industrial EPC projects.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and hazard mitigation.
• Experience leading safety programs and incident investigations.
• Ability to influence diverse teams and contractors.
• Proficient in MS Office and safety management systems.

Responsibilities

• Support project‑specific safety programs nationwide.
• Conduct field audits, site inspections, and safety observations.
• Assist with JHAs, pre‑task planning, and risk assessments.
• Promote safe work practices across activities.
• Identify hazards with project leadership and implement corrective actions.
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and safety concerns.
• Coordinate safety orientations and toolbox talks.
• Monitor subcontractor safety performance and records.
• Travel to active project sites to support field operations.
