Job summary

Tailing International, LLC seeks a Contract Safety Advisor to coordinate and supervise health and safety programs at client sites in Point Pleasant, WV. The role requires 3+ years of safety experience and a BCSP certification or a safety degree.

The candidate will lead safety policies, train staff, and conduct site audits while maintaining confidentiality and safely managing hazardous information. Per diem travel is expected seven days per week.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction safety experience.
• BCSP certification or a degree in safety is required.
• Ability to conduct daily safety trainings.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Prevent accidents and injuries by frequent field presence (70%+ time).
• Develop and deliver safety trainings and new hire orientations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, client, and project safety regulations.
• Lead investigations and support return-to-work programs.
• Perform daily or weekly site safety audits as required by project.
