Job summary

Liesfeld is seeking a Safety Manager to lead safety programs for heavy civil and site development projects across the Greater Richmond area. This field-focused leadership role emphasizes hands-on safety oversight, training, and collaboration with project teams to ensure a safe and compliant worksite.

A minimum of five years of progressively responsible construction or safety experience is required, with a Virginia driver's license and English/Spanish bilingual ability preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years in construction or safety roles.
• Virginia driver's license required.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• OSHA 510 and/or OSHA 500 preferred; additional safety certs welcome.

Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain a safe, compliant work environment in the field.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and incident investigations.
