Job summary

QC Servion, LLC is seeking a Safety Manager to lead field safety programs across multiple mission-critical construction sites in the Northern United States. You will focus on compliance, site inspections, incident investigations, and continuous improvement, reporting to the Safety Director.

This role serves as a field-based safety leader, educating teams on why safety requirements matter and ensuring safe, compliant job sites. Travel up to 75% is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction safety or critical infrastructure safety.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• OSHA 510, EM 385, and NFPA 70E certifications or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA 1910 & 1926 standards and General Duty requirements.
• Experience with incident reporting, inspections, investigations, JHAs/JSAs, root cause analysis, and safety audits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular field safety inspections across project sites.
• Ensure sites comply with OSHA, EM 385, NFPA 70E and company policies.
• Support incident investigations with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Review field safety docs for compliance and accuracy.
• Assist onboarding safety training and ongoing workforce training compliance.
• Educate field teams on safety procedures, PPE usage and continuous improvement.
• Develop, implement, and audit written safety programs (e.g., LOTO, Fall Protection).
• Report site-level findings, trends, and recommendations.
• Travel to project sites up to 75% (1–3 day visits).
