Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years in construction, craft, or safety; 3 years in field safety role.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification required.
• Current First Aid/CPR/AED certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, DOT, NFPA, and NESC.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary field point of contact for Field Safety Representatives, providing daily guidance and support on safety execution.
• Coordinate field safety coverage, scheduling, and resource deployment with the Safety Manager.
• Perform jobsite safety audits, inspections, and consultations addressing compliance and safety concerns.
• Lead on-site incident investigations with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Represent the company during client safety meetings, audits, and third-party reviews at the site level.
