The Stellar Group is seeking an Assistant Field Safety Manager to lead safety on our job sites in Gainesville, FL. You will implement and enforce safety protocols, conduct audits, and train personnel to minimize risk and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with project teams to foster a culture of safety, adapt to changing conditions, and support long‑term safety goals across multiple sites, with some US travel as required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or construction trade.
• OSHA 30 certification and OSHA regulations experience.
