Job summary

Stellar Group is seeking an Assistant Corporate Safety Manager in Jacksonville, FL. You will help develop and enforce safety policies across corporate and construction sites, drive regulatory compliance, and promote a proactive safety culture. The role emphasizes risk assessment, data analysis, and staff training.

Ideal candidates will have OSHA 30, strong communication skills, and up to 3 years’ safety or field operations experience. Travel up to 50% nationwide may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED; associate or bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Construction Management, Engineering, or Environmental Health and Safety preferred.
• 0-3 years in safety, construction, and/or field operations.
• Valid driver license and acceptable driving record.
• OSHA 30 certification is required.
• First-Aid/CPR/AED certification preferred and must be renewed.
• OSHA 510 (preferred) and other CSP/CIH certifications (preferred).
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to conduct risk assessments and incident investigations.
• Experience delivering safety training and development programs.
