Job summary

Elite Surface Infrastructure is seeking a Field Safety Representative for heavy civil construction in Englewood, CO. The role focuses on conducting site safety inspections and enforcing OSHA regulations across multiple job sites.

You will report to the Safety Manager and collaborate with field Supervisors and crews to maintain a safe work environment. Responsibilities include documenting inspections, addressing deficiencies, coordinating corrective actions, and coordinating with Safety Manager

Qualifications

• Maintains OSHA compliance across all sites.
• Documents findings and maintains reports.
• Works with Safety Manager and field crews to improve safety.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site safety inspections at active job sites.
• Document and file inspections; report deficiencies.
• Assist with safety trainings and incident investigations.
• Coordinate with Site Supervisors on corrective actions.
• Maintain PPE, inspections, and inventory for safety equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures.
