Qualifications

• 5+ years in construction safety with heavy civil focus.
• Deep familiarity with OSHA standards and safety best practices.
• Credentials such as OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR, or CHST are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead field monitoring to ensure OSHA and company policy compliance.
• Plan and conduct recurring safety inspections, audits, and investigations.
• Deliver toolbox talks and training for crews and supervisors.
• Create and maintain site-specific safety plans (SSSPs) with project teams.
• Maintain safety records and report documentation for leadership.
