Job summary

Cooper Tacia Management LLC is seeking a proactive Field Safety Coordinator in Atlanta, GA to support multiple Southeast projects. The role partners with the Corporate Safety Director to implement safety programs, audits, and training across field sites.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of construction safety experience, strong communication skills, and a valid driver’s license to travel as needed. This is a full-time on-site position with travel between job sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience identifying safety hazards on construction sites.
• Experience conducting routine site safety audits and documenting findings.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and site safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site safety audits and document findings.
• Provide on-site training to teams on safe work procedures.
• Monitor high-risk activities and collaborate with contractors on safety practices.
• Represent safety interests on-site and advocate for health and safety standards.
• Investigate incidents and assist in corrective action plans.
• Travel to job sites as required by project needs.
