Job summary

DP Electric Inc. in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Safety Coordinator III to lead complex audits, investigations, and risk assessments on our large, high-risk projects. You will mentor junior safety staff, provide advanced technical support in the field, and help develop training materials and protocols.

You will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, draft preventive measures, and present findings to safety management to keep projects safe and productive on site.

Qualifications

• Three to four years of experience in safety-related roles.
• OSHA 30, NFPA 70E, and First Aid and CPR certification.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local safety regulations.
• Associate's degree is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex safety audits and investigations on larger, higher-risk projects.
• Mentor junior safety staff and provide technical guidance to field teams.
• Draft and update safety training materials and deliver staff training on protocols.
