Job Overview

The Field Safety Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring occupational safety and regulatory compliance across job sites in Virginia. Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in safety coordination or management in construction, industrial, or related fields.
• Knowledge of OSHA and state safety regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct safety inspections and training.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to multiple sites within Virginia.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Certification(s) such as OSHA 30, CSP, CHST, or equivalent.
• Experience with incident investigation and reporting.
• Proficiency using safety management software or tools.
• Bilingual abilities (English/Spanish) a plus.
