Job summary

Ferrovial Webber Energy is seeking a Safety Coordinator to join our field-based team in Texas. You will provide on-site safety coverage, coordinate with subs, and support the Site Safety Manager with programs and compliance.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of construction safety experience, renewable generation project exposure, OSHA 510, and a valid driver license. Bilingual English/Spanish is valued; strong MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of construction safety experience.
• Renewable generation project exposure (Solar or Wind) preferred.
• OSHA 510 certification required for consideration.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site safety coverage in the field.
• Coordinate with sub-contractors and safety personnel.
• Assist Site Safety Manager with program compliance and reporting.
• Maintain safety inventories and submit weekly reports.
• Lead safety communications and training at site meetings.
