1888 Industrial Services in Midland, TX is seeking a Safety Coordinator to support Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) compliance and promote a culture of workplace safety. You will help develop and improve safety procedures to minimize risk while ensuring safe practices at all worksites.

Responsibilities include conducting safety audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, and new hire safety orientation.

Qualifications

• OSHA 10 & 30 certification required.
• HazWoper 40 Hour preferred.
• Travel up to 80% of the time.
• Minimum 3 years safety experience in oil and gas.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is required.

Responsibilities

• Safety Compliance & Audits: conduct field evaluations and safety audits.
• Risk Assessment & Incident Management: analyze data, conduct investigations, implement corrective actions.
• Safety Training & Employee Support: conduct new hire orientation and trainings.
• Operational Collaboration: partner with management to advance safety initiatives and perform other duties as assigned.
