Responsibilities

• Travel regularly to customer sites to support field visitation schedules across embedded locations, large-scale projects, and high‑risk work.
• Provide field safety oversight and program support across customer job sites and embedded service locations.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, customer requirements, OSHA regulations, and other safety expectations via site walkthroughs, inspections, audits, and safety reporting.
• Collaborate with project managers and site leads to assess field performance and foster a safety‑driven culture.
• Evaluate field safety practices, identify gaps, and work with the Safety Manager to improve field safety processes.
• Lead and support incident investigations, including interviews, root cause analysis, and coordinating corrective actions with internal and customer safety teams.
• Promote safe behaviors to drive a positive safety culture across the workforce.
• Duties can change based on business needs; regular attendance is essential.
• Travel expectations: 90% field / 10% office; overnight travel may be required within the Louisiana–Alabama region.
