Job summary

Thryv Outside Software Account Rep in Billings, MT is responsible for growing Thryv’s SaaS client base and increasing engagement with existing software clients while pursuing new opportunities. The role requires significant field activity and remote work support, with a focus on building relationships and closing deals.

You will prospect, present Thryv solutions to local business owners, and manage a full sales cycle.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct sales experience, preferably SaaS.
• 2+ years in outbound sales (full sales cycle).
• Ability to understand the Thryv product suite.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
• Strong MS Office skills.
• 50% driving requirement and valid driver's license.
• Must live within 1 hour of the job location.

Responsibilities

• Increase Thryv penetration in the existing client base.
• Contacts assigned clients and presents opportunities for additional sales and/or extended usage.
• Identifies and secures new SaaS clients via prospecting (networks, referrals, etc.).
• Executes defined processes for client engagement, product demos, orders, and intake forms.
• Participates in sales meetings, call calibrations, and training as needed.
