Job summary

Stallion Infrastructure Services is seeking a Service Technician for routes involving delivery, pickup, maintenance, and repair of portable restrooms and related assets. The role requires driving a company truck, following SOPs, and maintaining a clean vehicle while providing courteous service to customers.

The position demands physical work, ability to operate in varying weather conditions, and adherence to DOT regulations. Prior driving experience is preferred and a valid license is required.

Qualifications

• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• 1 year of commercial driving experience preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver license.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment background screen and drug/alcohol tests.
• Understand waste collection policies, procedures, guidelines and practices; DOT requirements for operators of CMVs.

Responsibilities

• Operates truck safely in compliance with all regulations and company policies.
• Maintains a clean truck inside and out.
• Performs daily pre- and post-trip inspections per SOPs and DOT guidelines.
• Reports unsafe situations or issues promptly to dispatch.
• Performs route tasks including delivery, pickup, restocking, and yard/shop assistance.
• Provides service for customers' portable restrooms or assets following Stallion service steps.
• Keeps work areas tidy and communicates hazards to the Branch Manager.
• Submits route information and paperwork to the office after each shift.
• Uses dispatch software for routing and documenting issues.
• Interacts professionally with customers and colleagues at all times.
• Documents all customer interactions via routing software.
• Uniforms must be worn; other duties may be assigned.
