Qualifications

• Ability to read, operate, and understand GPS/dispatching system.
• Ability to perform physical requirements including lifting, pushing, pulling, and climbing.
• General knowledge of the mechanics of trucks.
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Good written and verbal communication with staff and customers.
• Ability to pull a trailer (preferred).
• Waste industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operates truck in a safe manner in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and company policies.
• Maintains a clean truck inside and out.
• Performs daily pre and post trip inspections as set forth by Stallion procedures and D.O.T. guidelines.
• Must follow all Stallions' SOPs and General Standards.
• Immediately reports all unsafe situations or service-related issues to the dispatch office.
• Performs tasks assigned by Branch Operations Manager including delivery/pick up and related duties.
• Provides service for customers’ portable restroom(s) or related assets following Stallion Service Steps.
• Keeps work areas in yard clean and organized.
• Communicates with Branch Operations Manager on items that can hinder a job.
• Submits route information and paperwork to the office at end of each shift.
• Uses dispatching software for routing, photos, logs, and customer concerns.
• Maintains professional interaction with employees and customers.
• Provides excellent service and documents contact in real time via routing tablet.
