Job summary

Project Resources Group (PRG) seeks an outside plant expert in Tennessee to join as a route-based Construction Coordinator. You will be the eyes and ears on ground for fiber networks, driving a route daily, monitoring for risks, and coordinating with customers and contractors.

Responsibilities include reviewing tickets and maps, providing first-level field support, and reporting on route conditions, with a focus on safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid and current driver's license and auto insurance meeting federal/state requirements.
• Dependability — on time, reliable, and able to complete tasks.
• Strong attention to detail when reviewing tickets, maps, and prints.
• Ability to work independently in the field with minimal supervision.
• Comfort outdoors in all weather and walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Receive daily assignments and plan route.
• Drive an assigned fiber route with substantial windshield time.
• Visit and monitor existing fiber routes for risks.
• Review 811 locate tickets and maps to stay ahead of digging and construction.
• Log changes in infrastructure and ensure quality and adherence with SOW.
• Communicate clearly with colleagues, customers, contractors, and homeowners.
