Job summary

Accel Entertainment is seeking a route-based Collection Associate to execute daily cash movement tasks for VGTs, RT replenishments, and related equipment within contracted locations in Illinois. You will be required to drive company vehicles, ensure on-time performance, and maintain accurate records while upholding safety and customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21 and a valid driver’s license.
• Must maintain a satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to obtain/maintain Illinois Terminal Handler’s License.
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite, Salesforce and Outlook.
• Willingness to work long hours and weekends; overtime may be required.
• Reliable, punctual and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to location staff and patrons.
• Maintain timeliness for routes and schedules.
• Coordinate equipment needs for route teams and collection vans.
• Deliver and collect cassettes/cans per route using company vehicle.
• Assist with replenishments (RT or ATM) and other cash items as needed.
• Communicate equipment status and route challenges to leadership.
• Identify route efficiency improvements and organize warehouse space.
