VALCOURT EXTERIOR BUILDING SERVICES OF WASHINGTON DC LLC is seeking a Field Roofing Technician to inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain roofing systems on commercial properties. You will identify leaks, assess damage, and perform repairs while adhering to safety standards and company procedures.

The role requires experience in roofing, ability to lift 50–75 lbs, valid driver's license, and willingness to learn roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen, shingles, etc.).

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial roofing, roof repairs, or leak detection.
• Knowledge of roofing materials, tools, and repair techniques.
• Ability to work at heights and perform physical labor outdoors.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs. regularly.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Willingness to learn roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen, shingles, etc.).
