Valcourt Exterior DC in Lanham, MD is seeking a roofing helper to support technicians with repairs, maintenance, and inspections. This hands-on role demands physical work outdoors, good stamina, and a willingness to learn the roofing trade.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction or roofing is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work outdoors in heat, cold, and varying weather conditions.
• Comfortable working at heights and on ladders.
• Able to lift 50–75 lbs regularly.
• Valid driver’s license is preferred.
• Willingness to learn roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, shingles, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Assist service technicians with roof repairs, maintenance, and inspections.
• Carry and organize tools, materials, and equipment on job sites.
• Clean and prepare roof surfaces before and after repairs.
• Help identify roof leaks and problem areas.

• Communicate effectively with crew members and supervisors.

Job Details: Job Location: VALCOURT EXTERIOR DC LHM - Lanham, MD 20706, Salary Range: $25.00 - $35.00 Hourly, This role is hands-on and requires physical labor, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn the roofing trade.
