Velaz Solar & Roofing in Elizabeth, NJ seeks a Site Survey / Field Operator to conduct site assessments, capture photos/videos, and prepare detailed reports. You will assess roofing systems, support project planning, and coordinate permit runs with internal teams.

Travel across New Jersey and meet homeowners on-site as needed. The role is field-based (roofing 95%, solar 5%), with a schedule Monday through Saturday and opportunities for overtime.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years of roofing experience.
• At least 1 year of roofing site survey experience.
• Ability to prepare detailed field reports from site conditions.
• Capable of working independently in the field.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be authorized to work in the United States.
• Comfortable working at heights.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct site surveys across New Jersey.
• Travel to multipleJob sites for surveys and permit runs.
• Meet with customers on-site when required.
• Capture photos and videos of site conditions.
• Prepare detailed written reports documenting roofing and site conditions.
• Maintain organized records of site data, reports and inspections.
