Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in roofing.
• At least 1 year of experience in roofing site surveys.

• Capable of working independently in the field with minimal supervision.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be comfortable working at heights.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys across New Jersey.
• Travel to multiple job sites for surveys and permit runs.
• Meet with customers on-site when required.
• Ensure proper documentation of roofing conditions and installations.
• Work primarily in roofing (95%) with limited involvement in solar (5%).
