Job summary

SmartRoof is looking for motivated individuals for a field-based roofing sales role in which you meet homeowners, inspect roofs for wind and hail damage, and guide them through the insurance restoration process.

Year 1 earnings range is $70,000–$100,000+, with potential to $200,000+ in Year 2. The role includes paid training, uncapped commissions, and growth into leadership, plus weekly coaching.

Qualifications

• Competitive, coachable, and self-motivated
• Dependable — shows up, follows through, takes ownership
• Comfortable working outdoors and on rooftops in all seasons
• Background in sales, construction, retail, customer service, hospitality, athletics, or military is a plus — not required

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods
• Inspect roofs for storm damage
• Guide homeowners through insurance claims and the restoration process
• Deliver a professional, consultative customer experience from first contact to close
