DDP Roofing, a leading roofing company in Glen Mills, PA, seeks a Technical Roofing Representative to join our team. You will spend 70% of your time in the field meeting building owners, consultants, and property managers to inspect roofs, with the remaining 30% at our corporate office performing take-offs, photos, and measurements.

Applicants should have strong math skills, proficiency with data reporting software, and excellent people skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; roofing/construction certifications are desirable.
• Proven experience in roof inspection, take-offs, and analysis preferred.
• Proficiency with computer software/tools for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong mathematical skills for measurements and estimations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client interactions.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites.
• Ability to work at heights and navigate uneven terrain.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site roof inspections for various buildings and structures.
• Meet with owners, consultants, and managers to assess roofing needs and provide solutions.
• Perform detailed take-offs, measurements, and core sampling; capture photos as needed.
• Use software to generate reports, compile data, and create visual roof representations.
• Analyze roofing data to identify issues and recommend actions.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and sales to develop roofing solutions.
• Provide technical guidance on roof repair, maintenance, and installation options.
• Stay current with roofing industry trends and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and project files.
