Premier Roofing is seeking a Direct Repair Field Inspector to perform residential exterior inspections, document storm-related damage, and serve as the on-site ambassador for homeowners during the insurance restoration process. You will coordinate with sales, claims, estimating, and operations to ensure accurate inspections and timely documentation.

Qualifications

• Residential field inspection experience.
• Detail-oriented and travel‑minded.
• Ability to document storm damage with photos and measurements.
• Comfortable using field technology for real‑time reports.
• Strong customer service mindset and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Conduct residential exterior property inspections following company standards.
• Identify storm-related damage and document findings.
• Capture detailed photos, measurements, and inspection documentation.
• Utilize technology platforms to complete inspection reports in real time.
• Ensure inspection quality meets carrier and internal expectations.
• Serve as the primary in-person representative for Premier Roofing.
• Educate homeowners on the insurance restoration process.
• Set clear expectations regarding timelines and next steps.
• Coordinate with centralized sales, estimating, and operations teams.
• Maintain SLA adherence for inspections, documentation, and follow-up.
• Travel >50% overnight to support inspections, production, catastrophe response.
