We’re seeking a Robotics Test Engineer to own deployment, integration, and ongoing field performance across federal and commercial programs. You’ll work hands‑on with customers and internal teams to improve reliability, respond quickly to issues, and help field teams achieve operational readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Robotics, CS, EE/ME, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–3 years in software engineering and systems integration in field robotics.
• Experience deploying complex technical systems in real environments.
• Proficiency: Python, C++, Git, ROS.
• Familiarity with embedded systems, Linux, containers, and cloud infra.
• Strong troubleshooting across software, hardware, and networking.
• Self-starter able to thrive in ambiguity and rapid change.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployment of autonomous systems in customer environments.
• Ensure systems are configured, tested, and operational under real-world conditions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly to maintain uptime and mission success.
• Gather field feedback and drive improvements with product and engineering teams.
• Implement monitoring and diagnostic tools to ensure sustained reliability.
• Train and support operators to achieve operational readiness.
