Willingness to travel frequently, approximately 50 percent or more.
Responsibilities
Travel to customer facilities to inspect, diagnose, and restore robotic systems.
Apply software updates, verify system performance, and support safe restart after service.
Maintain clear service records and elevate recurring technical issues.
