Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in robotics, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, computer science, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues in a field environment.
• Willingness to travel frequently, approximately 50 percent or more.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer facilities to inspect, diagnose, and restore robotic systems.
• Apply software updates, verify system performance, and support safe restart after service.
• Maintain clear service records and elevate recurring technical issues.
