Qualifications

• Experience solving issues with complex electro-mechanical equipment in field service or maintenance roles.
• Ability to quickly make technical decisions under pressure in emergency situations.
• Knowledgeable in wiring/electronics and diagnostic tools.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency dispatch calls for robot repairs.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and software issues in the field.
• Perform emergency repairs to restore system operation.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance during site visits.
• Use clear communication to provide real-time updates during emergency responses.

Skills

Hands-on experience with complex electro-mechanical equipment

Ability to work independently under pressure

Comfortable with 75% travel

Familiarity with Linux and Windows for system diagnostics

Solid working knowledge of wiring/electronics

General understanding of networking for troubleshooting

Ability to read engineering drawings

Experience reading debug machine output

Strong communicator

Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs

Willingness to work in uncomfortable conditions
