Responsibilities

• Deploy and operate robotic systems in the field, including demos and data collection.
• Supervise remote operations and assist during client presentations.
• Facilitate communication between engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
• Document technical issues, test results, and client feedback in detail.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and drive workflow improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system performance.
