Job summary

Field AI is seeking a Field Application Engineer in Michigan to support deployment, testing, and client-facing operations of robotic systems including drones, quadrupeds, and humanoid robots. Role is onsite at the Fenton site and suited for graduates who enjoy both technical and operational work.

You will deploy, test, and collect data in the field, supervise remote operations, and communicate across technical and non-technical audiences. Travel nationwide is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related technical field.
• Strong communication skills able to translate complex topics for various audiences.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the country.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and operate robotic systems in the field and support testing and data collection.
• Supervise remote operations and assist during client demos and presentations.
• Facilitate clear communication between engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
