You will work with ROS1/ROS2, Python scripting, and field deployments, collaborating with engineering to reproduce and resolve field issues. This is a full-time, contract-to-direct opportunity requiring on-site work.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in robotics or related field may be preferred
• Strong Linux experience and scripting
• Experience with ROS1/ROS2 and robotics hardware/software troubleshooting

Responsibilities

• Participate in training on robot kinematics, electrical controls, mechanical systems, and proprietary software
• Develop expertise in robot assembly, disassembly, troubleshooting, and software systems
• Provide Tier 1 and 2 technical support for robotic hardware and software
• Perform root-cause analysis using logs, telemetry, test protocols, and data
• Troubleshoot robots, sensors, actuators, embedded computers, software, networking
• Document failure modes, root causes, workarounds, and procedures
