Amazon.com Services LLC's Robotics Delivery & Packaging Innovation (RDPI) Tech Deployment is seeking a Systems Engineer I to lead on-site deployment of robotics and packaging technologies across North America stores. You will work with hardware engineering, program managers, product managers, and operations teams to plan, install, and test systems, travelling as needed.

This role requires strong field engineering skills, the ability to manage multiple projects, and travel up to 75% or more.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 1+ year’s experience with CAD models (mechanical/electrical).
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, IT networked, or software systems.
• Willingness to travel across US; field-based role.

Aufgaben

• Support installation of robotics, packaging, and sortation tech at fulfillment centers.
• Develop deployment documentation, including schedules and SOPs.
• Lead on-site deployments and coordinate with partners across teams.
• Travel to project sites across North America; 75%+ travel.
• Collaborate with hardware, technical program managers, product managers, and operations teams.
• Drive continuous improvement and optimization of deployments.
