Job summary

Xclusive Care Services is seeking a dependable Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to conduct required supervisory visits for clients across our Georgia service areas. This field-based, part-time role requires travel two-week rotation and documentation of visits.

You will review plans of care, evaluate caregiver performance, and communicate findings to families and management. Minimum 15 hours weekly with mileage reimbursed for approved travel.

Qualifications

• Active Georgia RN license.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Experience with home health or supervisory roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete supervisory visits every two weeks.
• Travel to client homes across service areas.
• Maintain a minimum of 15 hours per week.
• Review care plans and assess changes in condition.
• Document visits accurately and on time.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and proper documentation.
