Job summary

Flournoy Health Systems is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse to perform in-home supervisory visits for clients receiving home care services in Georgia. The role offers a flexible, visit-based schedule with independent work between clinical leadership oversight.

You will complete supervisory visits, document findings, and ensure care aligns with the plan of care, regulatory requirements, and quality standards. Travel to client homes is required, with weekly pay for completed visits.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Georgia RN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Familiarity with Medicaid and state home care regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct supervisory visits in clients’ homes in accordance with state, Medicaid, and agency requirements.
• Observe and evaluate caregiver performance and service delivery during supervisory visits.
• Assess client condition and identify changes or concerns impacting care.
• Ensure services are delivered per the approved plan of care.
• Maintain confidentiality and complete documentation accurately and timely.
