Job summary

Qualifications

• Massachusetts RN license in good standing.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• At least one year of medical experience with adults/geriatric patients.

Responsibilities

• Triage and manage urgent clinical situations independently in the home setting.
• Conduct medication reconciliation, patient teaching, and safety monitoring.
