Job summary

Rehab Review LLC is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to act as a Workers’ Compensation Field Case Manager in the Jackson metropolitan area. This role covers full-time, part-time, and PRN positions in a field-based setting, avoiding hospital shifts and weekend coverage.

The Field Case Manager coordinates care, communicates with employees, providers, and claims staff to promote timely recovery and safe return-to-work, while avoiding medical-necessity determinations.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license.
• Minimum of three years of professional nursing experience.
• Strong clinical assessment, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a field-based environment.
• Ability to manage multiple cases, appointments, and reporting deadlines.
• Proficiency with electronic documentation and case-management systems.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within Jackson metro area.

Responsibilities

• Attend medical appointments with injured employees in person, by phone, or virtually.
• Clarify diagnoses, treatment plans, work status, restrictions, and recovery timelines with providers and employees.
• Develop individualized case-management plans based on diagnosis and job requirements.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to promote functional recovery.
• Coordinate appointments, testing, therapy, referrals, and other services.
• Maintain accurate information for providers and claims professionals.
