Southeastern Land Company, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Right-of-Way Agent to support land acquisition for utility and infrastructure projects in the field across North and South Carolina.

You will negotiate easements, research parcel information, and coordinate with surveyors and project managers to secure necessary rights-of-way. In this role, you will present offers, maintain accurate records, and ensure adherence to client guidelines.

Qualifications

• Active real estate license in South Carolina or North Carolina.
• Active notary commission in South Carolina or North Carolina.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently in the field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe software.
• Reliable vehicle and ability to provide a computer with Windows 11, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and a printer.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate easements, rights-of-way, and property acquisitions with landowners.
• Research property ownership, titles, and parcel information.
• Present offers and explain project impacts clearly and professionally.
• Coordinate with surveyors, engineers, and project managers.
• Document communications and transactions in digital records.
• Follow client guidelines and project requirements.
