This field-based role negotiates easements, secures rights-of-way, and coordinates with project teams while keeping accurate records. Candidates must hold an active real estate license and notary commission in NC or SC, with strong communication and negotiation skills; a reliable vehicle and Windows 11 computer with MS Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro

Qualifications

• Active real estate license in NC or SC is required.
• Active notary commission in NC or SC is required.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to work independently in the field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe software.
• Reliable vehicle and a computer with Windows 11, MS Office, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and printer.

Responsibilities
