Job summary

Environmental Resources Management (ERM) seeks a Right-of-Way Agent (Field Based) to support the Trenton, NJ area with travel to Newark and other sites across New Jersey. The role involves reviewing titles and easements, negotiating with landowners, and coordinating between internal and external stakeholders.

The position is full-time with remote/hybrid work and a 12-month duration. Requirements include a high school diploma and 3+ years ROW/real estate experience; strong PC skills and ability

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years ROW or real estate experience.
• Strong PC skills: MS Office, Google Earth, ArcGIS.

Responsibilities

• Conduct negotiations with landowners as needed.
• Perform site visits when required and review titles and easements.
• Act as liaison between internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage all administrative steps from file opening to review submission.
• Record completed Service Easements and ensure safety policies compliance.
