Job summary

MEI Industrial Solutions seeks a Foreman to supervise rigging services for on-site and mobile customers, ensuring timely, quality work aligned with safety standards. You will lead crews, coordinate activities, and promote teamwork while upholding customer specifications.

The role requires 3+ years as a rigging/general foreman, ability to read blueprints, and solid math and computer skills. You will travel to job sites and maintain equipment safety.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED; 3 years experience as rigging foreman and/or general foreman.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, or schematics.
• English language knowledge; bilingual in English/Spanish helpful but not required.
• Use mathematical concepts and units; basic geometry/trigonometry helpful.
• Proficiency with Windows and MS Office; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise phases of rigging and crating tasks and tailor activities to job specs.
• Oversee crews onsite to ensure timeliness, quality, and safety compliance.
• Maintain safety, communicate scope, and provide guidance to field staff.
• Assist with hands-on training and promote teamwork across crews.
• Prepare reports and communicate job progress to management.
