Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required with 3 years of foreman experience in rigging or general foreman.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, or schematics.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and be insurable; able to obtain DOT medical card.

Responsibilities

• Supervise rigging and crating tasks and tailor supervisory activities to meet job specs.
• Ensure all MEI requirements are followed and safety standards are met.
• Coordinate multiple activities under pressure and maintain professionalism.
• Train staff and promote teamwork within and between crews.
• Communicate job scope and provide reports per management needs.
• Travel to various job sites frequently and oversee personnel.
