BAUER Equipment America seeks a Customer Service Rig Technician for its Livermore, CA location. The role reports to the Customer Service Manager - West Coast. You will diagnose, repair, and support equipment, coordinate service requests, and maintain manuals and records.

Requirements include 2+ years of related experience or training, a high school diploma, and an associate degree preferred. Travel up to 80% with passport and driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree in a related field preferred.
• Proficient in mechanical, electric and hydraulic troubleshooting.
• Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook proficiency; fluent in English.
• Willing to travel up to 80%, including international; valid passport and driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose equipment issues and recommend repair solutions.
• Perform field and shop repairs as needed.
• Identify spare parts requirements and packages.
• Coordinate service requests with appropriate departments.
• Maintain technical manuals and service records.
• Follow operating procedures and safety guidelines.
