Qualifications

• Technical or vocational education plus six or more years of relevant maintenance experience.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical schematics and technical drawings.
• Knowledge of electrical and electronic systems.
• Experience troubleshooting industrial mechanical equipment.
• Working knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical equipment.
• Diagnose equipment issues and repair or replace components as needed.
• Coordinate operation and installation of systems connecting computer networks and machine controllers.
• Install and modify electrical systems, wiring, and distribution equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical schematics and drawings.
• Perform welding, fabrication, cutting, and metal repair work using various welding techniques.
• Document maintenance activities, equipment data, and repair history within a maintenance management system.
• Maintain tools and equipment required to perform job duties.
• Obtain and maintain forklift certification and operate equipment safely.
• Follow established safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
