Job summary

UTLX Manufacturing LLC is seeking an Industrial Mechanical Maintenance professional to troubleshoot, repair and maintain production equipment in a team-based setting. The role emphasizes safety and reliable operation of mechanical and electrical systems across the plant.

The ideal candidate will have PLC, hydraulic, and pneumatic knowledge, plus hands-on experience in preventive maintenance and documentation.

Qualifications

Must maintain safe and clean working environment and follow procedures.
Communicate effectively with staff, supervisors and customers.
Develop positive self-motivation and a proactive attitude.
Shop knowledge of PLC, hydraulic, pneumatic systems and basic computer skills.
Perform routine preventive maintenance checks on all production equipment.
Maintain drawings, work orders, and equipment history documentation.
Capable of working at elevated heights.
Experience with overhead cranes up to 40 Ton is a plus.
Read and interpret blueprint drawings and schematics.
Minimum of one year in industrial maintenance as Maintenance Mechanic.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair equipment and systems as needed.
Install, maintain, and repair components and systems across production lines.
Perform preventative maintenance and support project work in manufacturing areas.
Maintain documentation for equipment and maintenance activities.
