Job summary

Finance of America is seeking a Reverse Mortgage Sales Consultant to help homeowners 55+ access the equity they've built while staying in their home. You will meet clients at their homes or social settings and follow up on leads to fund reverse mortgage loans.

The ideal candidate has at least 6 months of reverse mortgage sales experience, excellent written communication and interpersonal skills, strong public speaking abilities, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; base salary ranges from

Qualifications

• 6+ months of reverse mortgage sales experience.
• Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Public speaking experience delivering presentations to large groups.
• Demonstrated computer proficiency.
• Reverse mortgage originator training completed.
• Sales outside of office with LO/system experience.

Responsibilities

• Sell the loan products by meeting and calling on clients, referral sources, and professionals.
• Develop and execute a marketing strategy for the assigned territory.
• Meet or exceed production goals and fund reverse mortgage loans.
• Provide high-quality service while adhering to guidelines.
• Solicit reverse mortgages from diverse sources and manage the pipeline.
• Resolve closing and funding issues and maintain integrity and client focus.
