Job summary

Centene’s Wellcare team in Orlando, FL is seeking a Field Retention Representative to retain current membership within an assigned territory. You will conduct telephonic and field outreach, visit community events, offices, and member homes to explain Wellcare products and assist with program eligibility.

The role requires travel, some weekend work, and the ability to meet quality standards. Candidates with Medicare sales or community engagement experience are preferred, and successful applicants

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year health care related experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Retain current membership within an assigned territory.
• Educate members about Wellcare products and assist with program eligibility.
• Conduct telephonic and field outreach, including home visits, community events, and provider sites.
• Document all interactions in the case management system (e.g., Salesforce, Facets) and track activities.
• Meet/aim to exceed quality assurance standards and complete training with minimum 85% in assessments.
