Job summary

Centene is seeking a Field Retention Representative in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale, FL area to retain members in an assigned territory. Travel and some weekends required.

You will educate members about Wellcare products, resolve inquiries, and coordinate with departments to maintain membership across Medicare-focused programs. You will undergo training and be expected to meet quality standards while building relationships with members and providers, ensuring adherence to policies and regulatory

Qualifications

• Requires 1 year health care related experience (preferred).
• Customer service or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide member resolution by researching and documenting inquiries about program eligibility.
• Answer questions regarding programs and services to maintain/attract membership.
• Educate members about Wellcare products and liaise between members and Wellcare departments.
